There are many games with good guys in the main role, there are many with bad guys. This one is the second case. And everything is packed in beatiful retro graphic with 8bit-like music.

Before many years I had a little black box called ZX Spectrum. Maybe that’s why I like retro games and I have to say, that Domo kun is one of the best of them i saw in my browser. The best thing about game is, that you doesn’t do only one action, but it’s somethnig like few minigames.

You fly as in shoot-em-up games, you fight as in Barbarian, you do many other actions. Every one of them is fun (even if it’s pretty hard) and looks great. Plus music is fantastic, so you’ll maybe even close your MP3’s;oD

I spend some time looking for any web browser game today and I found something that should interested you if you have any small limited amount of time.

The idea of game is simply: you control a rocket in strait place and you must avoid crash with asteroids. You have some shields that protect you against few crash but the number of shields are limited. This game have simple retro graphics and provide fun for few minutes.

Codemasters will revealed second sequel of their hit: Flashpoint 2: Dragon Rising in the Game Convention (Leipzig, Germany). This game will coming in the 2008 for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. This sequel will be about Chinese – Russian war for oil.

About year ago was released Geometry war for Xbox Live Arcade and become into instant hit. It is frenetic shooter in retro style, but with modern – simple geometric graphics. There were a lot of clones into PC (and some other games was released into other platforms), but I found clone that can be played in web browser.

This game not has so great game play as Geometry wars, but you can enjoy it more then one time test. You control your ship via mouse and shoot every geometry enemies. Game provides a lot type of enemies, bonuses alternative weapons and so on.

PopCap, developer and distributor of casual games create next potential hit: Peggle. This game borrow few principles from arkanoid: you control some outpost and you must destroy all orange pegs in the levels. Very simply concept, but remember Bejeweld or other games from PopCap.

Authors insert a lot of features that makes this game great for killing some time. There are blue pegles for more points, tons of combos, multi-player against player or computer and a lot of small details, that make all of the PopCap games unique.
